Launch Craft Studio ("we", "us") is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this notice. This notice explains what we collect when you use the Launch Craft Studio service, why we collect it and who we share it with.

- Service data: URLs you submit, audit results, credit usage and related activity.
- Support data: messages you send us and their metadata.
- Technical data: device identifiers, IP address, browser type and basic usage/telemetry data.

- To create your account and provide the Service (contract performance).
- To secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse (legitimate interests).

4. Who we share it with
- Service providers / subprocessors that help us host, operate and support the Service (for example cloud hosting, database, email delivery and analytics providers).
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., our Merchant of Record, which handles the sale of subscriptions, payment processing, tax compliance, invoicing, subscription management and related customer service. Payment-related data collected by Stripe is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
- Professional advisers such as our lawyers and accountants where necessary.
- Authorities where we are required to do so by law.
5. International transfers
Some of our subprocessors are located outside your country of residence. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, to comply with our legal obligations and to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent, to portability, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. We aim to respond to requests within one month.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls and logging.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to secure the Service. Where we use analytics or marketing cookies we ask for your consent and you can change your preferences at any time.
