Launch Craft Studio offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Stripe. To request a refund, visit stripe.com and locate the order in question, or contact our support team and we will arrange it with Stripe on your behalf.
Once a refund is issued, the associated subscription is cancelled and your account is downgraded to the free plan. Refund handling is otherwise governed by Stripe's Refund Policy.
