1. Who we are

These terms are a contract between you and Launch Craft Studio("we", "us"), the provider of the Launch Craft Studio website audit service (the "Service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Launch Craft Studio provides AI-generated website audits and related tools. You must have the authority to bind any organization you register on behalf of, or be of legal age if using the Service as an individual. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of any information you provide.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• using it for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfering with security, uploading malware, probing, or scraping the Service;
• reselling, redistributing, or reverse engineering the Service, or circumventing technical limits.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have subscribed to. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Payments, subscriptions and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Stripe provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's Buyer Terms. Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you selected until you cancel.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete account data after a reasonable period.

7. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Launch Craft Studio is established, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
